Census Bureau reports Seneca population was 15 in 2017


Seneca, South Dakota had a population of 15 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Dakota Business Daily.

The median age was 71, with 53.3 percent of the total population being female and 46.7 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 855,444.
