Census Bureau reports Selby population was 734 in 2017


Selby, South Dakota had a population of 734 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Dakota Business Daily.

The median age was 44, with 46.6 percent of the total population being female and 53.4 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 855,444.
